The pictured face is a mix of sapwood and heartwood and the second face is mostly sapwood with some minor areas of heartwood. Surfaced two face and beautifully figured. There is a 17" long shallow drying crack at one end of the pictured face contained in the heartwood. The crack is sound and doesn't compromise the integrity of the material.
