There is a streak of heartwood on the second face that is 7" wide at one end and tapers to 3" wide at the opposite end. The heartwood is 1/2" deep on the 3" wide end of the board and just starting to peek through onto the pictured face on the 7" wide side. Surfaced two face and very nicely figured.
Cutting this selection so that the final package is 48" or less can save as much as $30 off the cost of shipping as long as the package is less than 50 pounds.
