Sapwood two face, surfaced two face and very nicely figured. There is a worm home on the pictured face of one piece. The 8" wide piece has a mineral streak at one end of the pictured face. The 11 13/16" wide piece has 17" of wane along one edge of the pictured face at the end of the board that reduces the usable width to 9 13/16" at the narrowest point.
