There is a 9" long by 4" wide by 7/8" deep tailing of heartwood at one end of the second face and a 10" long by 3" wide by 3/4" deep tailing at the opposite end of the second face. Surfaced two face and beautifully figured. There is a worm hole on the pictured face.
