There is a 3" wide streak of heartwood running down the center of the second face that is 1/2" deep at the ends. Surfaced two face and beautifully figured.
Cutting this selection so that the final package is 48" or less can save as much as $30 off the cost of shipping as long as the package is less than 50 pounds.
