There is a 12" long by 5" wide by 1/4" deep tailing of heartwood at one end of the second face. Surfaced two face and very nicely figured. There are multiple mineral streaks and worm holes on one end of the pictured face. There is also 22" of wane along one edge of both faces that reduces the usable width to 8 5/16" at the narrowest point.
