One piece has streaks of heartwood on the second face and the opposite piece has a 45" long by 4" wide area of heartwood on the second face that shows as streaks on the pictured face. Surfaced two face and nicely figured. The piece that has heartwood on the pictured face has the remnant of a 2" knot and a 3" bark inclusion strip along one edge of the second face that are partially showing on the pictured face.
