The pictured face has dark sapwood along one edge of the board and the second face has just a small amount of dark sapwood along one edge at the end of the board. Surfaced two face and beautifully figured. There is also 19" of wane along the sapwood edge of the pictured face that reduces the usable width to 4 11/16" at the narrowest point.
