Train Wreck

Many narrow gauge railroads were employed to transport the logs from logging sites that had no water navigation. They brought them either to the mills or the river where they joined the boom and continued their journey down the river to the mills. Some didn't make it without mishaps as can be seen by the above photo taken at the turn of the century.
